Back then, I was hoping to get hired in a big company, a famous one without considering what my passions really are. But in the end of the day, I always follow what my heart said. One of my friends said that it’s one of my weakness, cos most of the time I use heart rather than my logically brain.
Here’s what I want to say, don’t feel that you’re work in a big company is such a big reputation for your image. but make that you’re company is such a lucky one to have you become one of them. You have skills, you have passion, you’re a hard worker. YOU’RE AN ASSET!
Some people don’t have confident to do that, they might be hiding behind their big company name. Dude, I tell you something, you’re a big asset, have that confident in your mind, work hard, have fun, make a difference.
I impressed with one of my high school friends, she has a big talent, she might be hired with one of big name but she prefer to build her own brand(she’s a designer) and the result she’s growing bigger. She told me a really simple recipe, yeah it’s really hard facing opinion from others when you just have one step at first, but determination to do it constantly, work hard and a really big motivation to make it work well will put you on the place where you’ll be proud with who you really are. and when that time comes, the only shine that people will see is you.
The same thing happen if you work for a company. Be a shine for your company so you feel that your company is lucky to have you, not a feeling that you’re such a lucky person to work for a big company. If you have that in your mind, you will always have a motivation to do something better … and better!
Even if you work for a small company, it doesn’t matter at all. well … I prefer to be a best player in a small team rather than be a worse player in a big team.
